The H/I Linear Stainer MKII is an automated staining
device developed to meet the needs of today’s laboratory. It is the only automated stainer available which accommodates high volume throughput using the linear mode of operation. This allows the operator to begin staining a new batch of slides on a continues basis. Baskets with 1 to 20 slides can be loaded at any time. There is no need to wait for an existing protocol to finish, before additional slides can begin their staining protocol. Station, drain and agitate times are the same for each step. Reagent concentration determines the length of each step. Linear staining insures consistent, dependable results, while dramatically reducing reagent consumption/costs.
