Automated unit designed to process up to 120 tissue specimens using embedding cassettes. Programmed functions permit fixation, dehydration, clearing, and paraffin impregnation of specimens. Processing cycle is programmed on a 24-hr timing disk with 12 movable control stops set for desired time intervals. 72-hr delay timer provides dependable processing over weekend. Unit features insulated, stainless steel paraffin pots with separate thermostats, gravity lids to minimize evaporation and fumes, and safety stop to automatically shut down if paraffin pots are solidified.
Complete with 10 glass beakers, two paraffin pots, two stainless steel perforated tissue baskets, timing disk, and 12 control stops. Operates on 115V, 60Hz. CSA certified.
