The ROBOT COVERSLIPPER is enclosed and has fume extraction (to a suitable vent).
An optional carbon filter is available where venting is impractical. Use with xlene is intended. Substitutes while desirable for hand work, cost more and are inferior to technical grade xylene for ROBOT COVERSLIPPING. Exclusion of xylene is unnecessary once manual work is replaced by automatic staining, ROBOT COVERSLIPPING and safe laboratory practice.
