1-Light Green SF counterstain.
A.F.B. Kit is used to stain Tubercle Bacillus. Unlike conventional Carbol Fuchisn methods, the IMEB A.F.B. Stain kit has a longer shelf life, and will not accumulate precipitation during self life. No filtration is necessary. The result is bright red bacilli staining with green background.
