IMEB Modified Brown and Brenn kit is used to stain gram positive and negative bacillus. Unlike many conventional methods the IMEB Modified Brown and Brenn kit does not use picric acid in the procedure. The result is an easy consistent staining of bacillus in paraffin sections and smears. Background color is yellow.
