1-May-Grunwald stain solution,
1-Phosphate buffered rinse solution.
Giemsa stain kit is used to provide Nuclear and cytoplasm staining in paraffin sections and frozen sections. It has also been used to detect Helicobacter Pylori. The result is blue to purple nuclei, orange to pink cytoplasm and for H.Pylori; purple staining of the organisms
