Modified Masson Trichrome kit is used to stain collagen and muscle fibers. Unlike most conventional masson trichrome procedures, the IMEB Modified Masson Trichrome kit does not use Bouin’s solution and a Mordant. The result is a quick and safe method for staining muscle red and collagen blue.
