These workstations are designed for the needs of the pathology, histology and anatomy laboratories. Each unit is constructed to obtain 0.75 ppm containment level of formaldehyde. workstations are made to fit under existing cabinetry or on top of an optional base unit. To reduce installation costs, the unit can be vented in one of four ways: by tying into existing exhaust system, roofmounted blower, built-in blower or, if ducting is not possible, by selecting the built-in blower/charcoal filter combination that requires no venting.
The walls are constructed of phenolic/melamine laminate. The top and back are epoxy-coated steel. These units are shipped completely assembled for connection to 115V and include a 1/4” -thick viewing panel, 30W flourescent light, switchand stainless steel baffle. Each station is 24” high. Sash opening ranges from 10” to 19” high.
The color scheme is glacier white and charcoal.
