Large Area Sliding Microtome
Heavy-Duty Microtome K is especially suited for use on very hard specmens. The eztra heavy frame is potitively rigid. The object slide moves in dovetail grooves and in operated by an electric motor. A powerful object vise accommodates large specimens up to 8 x 5 cm.
Automatic feed is adjustable in increments of 1 micron. The object slide automatically lowers for the return stroke so that it does not contact the knife.
