The MICROM HMP 300 Tissue Processor is a microprocessor-controlled instrument for the fixation, dehydration,clearing and infiltration of tissue samples.
The instrument offers numerous features for tailoring tissue processing and quality control requirements:
Maximum capacity of 300 cassettes
10 reagent stations
3 4 liter. paraffin stations
Easy draining and refilling of paraffin by individually removable paraffin reservoirs.
Processing chamber may be filled to either of two levels
Capacity to program 9 processing routines
Modular design for easy change from free standing vertical configuration to bench top horizontal configuration
Magnetic stirrer for optimal fluid penetration through cassettes and baskets for better efficiency and consistency
Integrated charcoal filter system with closed loop to minimize exposure to fumes.
Choice of half load fill level saves reagent usage when using less than 120 specimen cassettes.
